Make sure all your suspension and steering parts are tight and bushings are not worn. Check for leaks, check to make sure all fluids are topped off and fresh. Make sure differentials have been serviced. Previous owner may not have engaged the 4 wheel drive, and you may not be able to engage it. Make sure you have correct tires size, and correct pressure. Check all you dashboard switches and make sure everything works. Maintenance is real important. These trucks are not Japanese, they require regular service...
