Don't believe everything mike says. The number one shortcut is that you by no means have to completely remove the seatbox and tranny. simply remove the floors, undo all the bolts attaching the gearbox (bellhousing, mounts, propshafts, handbrake) and slide the gearbox back about 6-8 inches. this will give you plenty of room to change the clutch and isnpect all of the linkages and t/o bearing, which is probably ok given that is a IIa, but check it anyway.
have the flywheel checked for flatness and change the pilot bushing in the flywheel.
If the slave cylinder is not leaking then leave it alone, this is easy enough to get to that it doesn't require doing right now.
