With every mile of driving you need to preform maintenance, at maximum every 7500 miles. Every 30K is a MAJOR service, we charge $530. plus parts (about a 5.5H job).
Disco's do have head gasket problems, thanks to a UK engineer. If coolant can be seen leaking (green), then you MUST do the work (and have radiator checked/cleaned/repaired as needed too). I'd sugg ALL radiator and heater hoses be changed at the same time.
As for P/S hoses, and oil cooler hoses, they have a shlft life, so change em now.
