I assume we are talking 300Tdi diesel here, as the 'P' gasket is a pretty common problem, and is now supplied as a tin one to last longer.
All 300Tdi have a LH THREAD fan hub and can usually be loosened with a 32mm thinned down open ended spanner and hit HARD in a CLOCKWISE direction with a decent sized hammer. LEAVE the serpentine belt ON to facilitate this, and don't be afraid to hit it. Using screwdrivers etc on bolt heads with this particular vehicle results in rounded bolts and skinned knuckles... Use a big hammer and hit it hard, not a limp wristed effort with a small hammer etc or you'll damge things.
