I used the method you suggested to try and localize
the noise. It does not appear to be coming from the
Cats(I could hear the noise at the Cats, but it was louder at the engine). I did try sealing off the muffler to see if the noise changed, it didn't.
(Using the long screwdriver method, most of the noise seems to be from the right rear cylinder although the noise is fairly loud at each cylinder.
