I have discovered a new quirk in my 2000 Discovery. When temps turn cold (20 degrees F and colder) my turn signals will not work, at least not right away. When it gets especially cold (below zero), as it does here in MN quite often, it may take a 1/2 hour or so before the signals operate properly. Doesn't appear to be a bulb issue but it is clearly related to temperature. Any thoughts?
