I have made some inquiries regarding this unit (the A-frame self-levelling device) after the one in my 100k miles 94 Classic showed some signs of leaking and the car got rejected in a driving inspection on account of it. It is turning out a bit strange: dealer says has never replaced one before, the order for replacement part in the Rover network shows no status for delivery, and some of the web notes I´ve been reading suggest that there may be no replacement unit available. In the meantime the car is not allowed to go on the road.
