93 NAS 110 V8 driven by a 1995 14cux ecu with an rpi chip.

About once every 10 to 20 start ups, I'll have an '03' fault code, and lose my idle speed. The code clears itself and the idle returns to normal pretty quickly (10 minutes). Wondered if anyone knows what mechanical source might be causing the 03, which I understand is 'memory cleared'.
