You didn't tell me about "way out of warranty" nor "Atty Gen" office... LRNA has no obligation to do anything. They only now have to worry about Emmission Warrany which is 5yr/50,000 mi and covers selected items (see warranty info). Since the car ins't a Lemon as defined by law, LRNA has no reason to buy it back, nor can the state make them. You have a few options, 1) Fix it, 2)Sell it, 3) Sue them. MG
