If you have a 110 with heavy duty springs and without the Boge self levelling unit (similar to the standard South African setup for 110 CSW due to the Boge not lasting in heat), it will be bumpy and bouncy when empty. Try change it for Disco rear springs, but you will loose load capacity. Also make sure you have at least a rear stabiliser bar installed. A poor alternative is to always have about a half ton load in the back, it improves the ride but kills performance and fuel consumption !!!
