It's an interesting theory, but that's all it is. After seeing it on TV, I made my own to test it. I made mine out of sheet aluminum, simple really. No noticeable difference, and I saved my 70 bucks. One other thing, if you watch their ad, when they do the "dyno test" they have the same vehicle at different RPM's! (or mph, I can't remember). Obviously, this is not a real test.
