Look around for the closest CAV certified shop. The pump is a CAV model DPA pump. Do a search, I believe CAV lists their certified shops, but it is pretty common. You can DL a manual for the pump here: http://www.gottlob.org/109/technic/dpamanual.html

You can just use a drill bit of the correct size, or do it by ear. You can buy the timing pins from most Rover supply shops. Do search and shop around.

>Along with the engine that I am putting in came a set of new injectors....they where rebuilt in Colorado. Do I need to get them recalibrated for driving in Michigan?

No, the injectors have a single adjustment.

>And last but not least...Priming this thing is a pain!!!!! Can anyone offer suggestions on how to do this. Right now i am starting at the fuel filter and than going to the distributor body.....at which point it should be primed...but dosnt seem to be..

Once air is out it should be primed, unless you have a leaky fitting somewhere. Sometimes they are a PITA to prime. Remember that you MUST glow these engines when they are cold, or they won't start.
