I have a 2000 range rver 4.6 . I went to start it the other day( had driven it the night before no sign of problems) and the starter turns motor cranks but wont start. It sound like an ignition problem, no check engine light etc... I took it to a mechanic which said it looked like a crank sensor , but he changed it and still nothing. He states that there is no pulsation I guess that means spark? Before this person starts changing evreything on my car , can anybody reccomend anything other than towing it.. Since these cars are so heavy in computers/sensors wouldn't a diagnostic computer simply tell what the issue is? pls help
