Reference my 96 Discovery - Original complaint was the SRS light does not come on when ignition is turned on as part of the initial systems check, dealer tells me that FOUR of the idiot lights have been removed from my instrument cluster (bought used in '99) and in order to replace the bulbs he has to replace the tachometer at a cost of ~$550 to continue testing the system. My question is why is it that the lights can be removed yet the entire tachometer has to be replaced in order to replace FOUR bulbs?
