I had a similiar problem with a jeep that I owned. I went
to the local auto parts store and bought a tube of black
cilicon. I applied this to the areas that were leaking and
never got wet again. I think that the best thing for you to
do is to follow the entire roof/body seem where the roof
meets the body with this stuff, I think that you can get
it in a tube that will work in a caulking gun. If you are
carefull and take your time, no one will even be able to tell
what you have done. Just a suggestion.
