I have a '97 Disco I. Recently when driving after the engine has warmed up for a while I will get a loss in power feeling like a sticky valve. It is intermittent and I will get surges. The check engine light comes on has flashed a couple of times and then will go off. It doesn't do this all of the time and seems to only do it after I have been driving the vehicle for 30 minutes or so. The fault code is showing as a misfire on #7. Any remedies or insight as to how I can fix this. Head job will run about $2300 at my local Mech.
