Hi Walter. I have had problems with LR build quality. In particular roof leaks. Not a problem if you wear waterproofs while driving, but could be a headache when you try to get rid of your rusting Landy a few years hence. Also check out the origin of your gear box. My 1995 box failed at 12500Km. My 1988 110 box failed at 100,000Km (sligtly better, but is this what we expect from LR?). Regards, Barry.
