As oyu're now well aware, Customs will not release vehicle without a bond, EPA & DOT want the car brought up to USA spec for year model. You''ll have to fit ALL EFI & emission related, as well as airbags , door beams and rear trailer hitch assy (which will be a realy pain as its welded on (without it you can not pass rear fuel tank crash standards). Suggest you call EPA & DOT asap....... they will tell you the drill. If not, car will have to be shipped back to country of origin. MG |
