There has been several messages posted recently on the forum from a person who was in the process of importing a 110. He was running into some problems with safety issues and I believe pollution control. Look on some of the prior messages posted on the forum and I think you find them. He should be able to help you with any questions, along with having solutions to problems you may encounter.
