IS IT REALLY LEATHER?? Posted by STEVE GILLESPIE on November 14, 1998 at 15:26:56: I recenlty purchased a 95 discovery, and, in good faith, was advertised to have "leather seats", when the vehicle was delivered the "leather" surprised me, and looked more like a man made material. I have since been told by the origional dealer, this is ""Conley"- Leather.....which is real leather.." but I still have some doubts. Does any one know if there was ever a live animal involved in the "Conley Leather" process, or if it is simply the result of good chemist.
