tick tick tick , When Starting hse 96

When starting the 96 hse Hear the Motor go Tick Tick Tick
Tick,its like there is not enough oil going to a particular part of the motor. After a breif Tick Tick Tick,
the engine then runs smooth and then if you re start the
engine again it cannot be heard again.
You only hear it when you first start the Motor and
being in Australia (summer) I do not beleive it is the
cold weather.
Does anyone have any answers.
