Un-hooking/re-hooking WILL NOT do a thing. You have a prob that MUST be located. If fule pump is not working 100%, change it. See manual for testing info. You need 2 things, fuel and spark, doing what you're doing hasn't helped the car nor you. Is there an EFI light on? CHECK ENG light on? When was the last time the car had its "emmission service"?
