I will be driving about 55-75mph and after about 150-200 miles will begin to hesitate. Pressing th gas pedal doesn't work. It's as if the DISCO has a loss of power. It will cut off right in the middle of the highway. It's happened on several occasions. The most recent one happened after a snow storm. It was vey cold. I started up my car dorive it about a block or so and it started hesitating. It was rocking my car a little. I drive it some more and after I would begin to accelerate a stop sign or light the car wouldn't get up and go in fact it wanted to cut off. I would have to keep my foot on the brake and gas in order to keep the DISCO running. The best way to explain it is that when I would press the gas to go there wasn't a response. I would have to press and release several times (pumping action) to keep it moving. Also during the whole thing my speedometer bounced from 10-0 several times (not accurate reflection of speed) and then died. Like every other time if you give the DISCO time it will start up and everything will work fine again. I've maintained the DISCO, I've done all the maintanance stuff. I've either changed or examined: the fuel filter, mass air flow sensor, checked connections, spark plugs, fuel pump, cat. converter, replaced bad O2 sensors, battery, starter, filters, distributor cap and arm, on and on. The only thing I know to check is the speed sensor and throttle position sensor. What are your thoughts?
