I won't have to make that decision since someone else snapped it up before I could fly down to inspect it. I am going to my local Rover dealer looking at one of their certified pre-owned vehicles. Somewhere around $23K for a '95. It seems more in line with the going rate. Minimal warranty, but more than I have left on my current vehicle. Typically how negotiable are the LR dealers? Are they like Ford dealers who will give you world for a dime, or more like Honda where you have to beg for floor mats? Thanks again. Tim
