Unfortunately I can't get the car started due to a bad starter. It is a 1989, I need to get it out of my garage and have tried towing it and using a winch, but it won't budge. Like I said it acts like it is in gear, we jacked it up and the wheel still won't turn. Thanks for the input, any other advice is greatly appreciated. |
