I'm looking for advice on how to strengthen the join between the bottom and top halves of the doors on my 1978 military Lightweight to enable the top half to fit tightly against the door surround rubbers. At the moment the two halves flex very easily in spite of the two bolts. The bottom half fits tightly because it contains the door catch but the top half just rests against the rubbers and sticks out from the body. Any advice greatfully received.
