I discovered today that the comment about the instrument lights not working was a red herring. If I move the key very slowly through the ON position, there is a very small fine point where I get the panel lights on and hear a pump pressureing up the hydraulic fluid. So now when I have the key in the on position, I noticed that I have a clicking sound in the rear headliner about where I think the tailgate wiper moter is. The '94 owners' manual I have says that C3 is the fuse for the coil, can someone confirm if that is true in '91 too, since this is the fuse I pulled to get the clicking to stop.

I didn't mention before, but I'm new to this car in particular and RR in general, so if I sound vauge on my knowledge it's because I don't have a service manual yet and the car came only with a '94 owners manual
