This is pretty much hypothetical as it won't be easy to sell a new D90 or 110 without a bunch of expensive modifications (DOT/EPA). As is it would be "gray market" and difficult to resell. It would fetch less than the legal NAS equivalent. If you wanted a figure probably around $20-25k for a D90 and 25-30k for a D110. If you were to bring it up to NAS, then you could probably double those figures...(But it'll cost over 20k to bring it up to NAS, and there is the airbag issue...). A guy called Hans planned to do this a few months back - check in the archives and you will find his comments and costings for a 110.
