I've got a 94 Disco, very slight wobble, but worst at about 90km/h. Unlike yours might wobble disappears as you accelerate past that speed. My mechanic IDed the prob as a slight bend in the front prop shaft. Sounds like yours has slightly different symptoms, but it may be worth checking out if all else fails.
