| Clonk in a haystack !!! Posted by David B on August 11, 2003 at 08:02:13: Weird clonk when I am turning left on a 1991 Range Rover Vogue SE. Occasionally when turning hard left it will clonk one time, also when turning soft left and hitting a bump or pothole, the same clonk will be heard. It only ever happens turning left, and usually when hitting a bump whilst making the turn. This problems happens all the time, but I am unable to recreate unless I am moving. Anyone any ideas before I strap myself under the car and get a friend to test drive ???
