some more information:

i changed out the white plastic Tee peice between the two hood washers.
i just noticed there is a similar but larger black peice between the bumper washer hoses. did i change the right one?
it does seem to have stopped the leaking....

also, i am not hearing any clicks or buzzes when the washer is activated. should i be?
