NVTR2003 UP-DATE
NEVADA TROPHY, now in its seventh year… and the most copied event in North America… is scheduled for August 14-17 in Lovelock, NV.
NVTR2003 promises to be more exciting than ever. A new twist for NVTR is, each entrant is asked to vote for either a 48-Hour or 36-Hour format.
Searching for and collecting Waypoints is the key to scoring points in NVTR, and this year’s course promises to be the best yet! Mountains once snowed in and rivers once iced over will be included for 2003, and don’t forget about those dry lakes and dirt roads.
Special Tasks, penalty points and the infamous Trophy Course will in the end determined the overall winners.
The Awards Breakfast is scheduled for Sunday morning at the Ramada Inn, our host hotel in Lovelock.
New for 2003: Laptops are permitted. A maximum of four 5-gallon gas cans are also permitted. For more on the rules, see our web site.
Starting order for NVTR2003 is determined by your Paid Entry postmark.
