1988 Range Rover Central Locking

Hi there.
Can anyone help me I have a 1988 range Rover and I am trying to locate the Central Locking Control Unit, apparently it is attached to the steering support bracket.
I can't find it.
Can anyone tell me what it looks like, colour, size, how many wires it has or anything that will help me locate it.
