Buyer beware!
I tried calling these chaps about the unbelievably cheap defenders.Guess what ............tel number not in service.I know what it takes to legally import a defender into North America having run a small company for a few years and it is a real hassle.I even imported my Harley Davidson motorbike a few years ago , and as you all know it is made in Milwaukee Wisconsin and that was a difficult process!
So , we find ourselves here.Please take my advice and forget about $6000 defenders..........just is not going to happen in my or your lifetime.
I would personally like to thank Bill Wood for looking out for us all in the LR community with this great service.I think he has saved many a fine folk many thousands of dollars that may or may not have been lost in a deal that is very difficult to legally work here in the United States of America.I take my hat off to you Bill.
Everybody out there in Rover Land please remember the old saying
IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE , THEN IT PROBABLY IS !!
