It looked like the chassis was perfect, but not so. When the stuff was applied, it didn't get on to the top of the chassis rails. This allowed damp/corrosion to work behind the coating unseen. Not a good thing! Best solution, as previously suggested, is the thick bitumous underseal applied in 2 or 3 thick coats. I put it on top of the Aga (when the wifes out) to warm it up which makes it much easier to apply. Rod.
