I am driving LR from 1980 and except for my first who was a 109 and where I have must change many oil seals ,there was no leak for the 3 one Ten and for my last one who is a RR 1992.
I would not say that everything is dry but I nearly never have to add oil.
So , not so bad I think.
Should I have a leak I would change the seal to try to not polute.
