i have fresh rotors and pads on my 96 disco.. When you push the brakes you get a little stopping power but you run out of brake ( meaning you are ALMOST pushing it to the floor) but if you let off then push again you have more brake then you originally did.. all the lines are bled proper.. Could this be a master cylinder problem or what else? I have no idea and I am stumped... thank you for any help you can offer.. My frustratiion is overbearing at this point...
