Undercoating frame

After getting really dirty last Saturday, I managed to clear up the underside of my Series IIa and coated all areas with surface rust with
rust stabilizer from Eastwood company. I am now thinking about coating the whole frame with spray on rubberized undercoating that you can find in the general automotive store. However, I'm a little bit concerned about the old stories about undercoating actually traps moisture or create pockets that can accelerate rust formation. I also heard that rubberized undercoating does not have the same problem. Any comment? Thanks, Wayne H.
