At very slow speed (0-5mph)I have significant shimmying when I try to turn either left or right. Also, at these same speeds, when I turn there is stiffness in the steering and it makes a low whining sound. Does anyone know what the problem could be. I want to be somewhat informed before I take it to the mechanic.
