I have heard of dealers replacing the cat(s) free of charge even after the emissions components warranty expired under certain circumstances, i.e. when the vehicle was always serviced by them, so they knew it was properly maintained. If you do need exhaust components (and other parts), check out Atlantic British. Good service, reasonable prices. Regarding the air suspension, it can get shockingly expensive to replace some components. As has been mentioned, you might consider converting to a traditional coil and shock arrangement.
