I used a fish oil ruststop on my 63 2a army. It was the only thing available where i was. It painst over fine and realy dose make the rust inert. It also realy stinks. I was serounded by saltwater and sand but i never had any moue trouble with rust. I wish i could find that stuff in the states but can't rember what it was called. Have fun restoring your landie. Mine took a year and 7 other landies pluss about $8000 US .but it would go anywere and it was fun doing. like a big model car.
