My heater unit in my 1994 LWB RR has a problem. It only blows air when the switch is set to the maximum setting. Now could it be that the resistor inside the unit is shot? Or could it be the blower moter itself? And would it be prudent just to chuck the entire unit and get a new one (like in case of heater core failure)? If that is the case it would be a great pain to have to disconnect the heater and remove it.
