I have only had experience with two vehicles that have come directly out of MOD stock, two forward controls, last year.
The engine of one of them was a new/re-con engine only very recently fitted, and the other was an engine that had over 200,000k's on the clock.
If you are buying, go to a dealer where you can see and choose from a large selection of vehicles all of the same type that you are looking for, they can vary a lot.

If it is a lightweight you are looking for in the UK I think you will find that there is only one dealer selling all of the last release. I don't know the name, but maybe someone else will post iti if they know.
