RHD to LHD conversion with a Series III

Hello Greetings
Well some may think it is too big a job,but we have access to a complete machine/truckshop for 2 weeks.I have the LHD steering box and steering relay.Also the arms for the swivels and a LHD doner dash assembly.And the new footwells that had to be replaced one way or the other.I want to see the bulkhead and do any repairs to it that may be needed.If you are going this deep you might as well do it all.
There is a question about the heater assembly and will it have to be replaced or just change the way the squirrelcage fits in it.The LH wing will need to have the cold air intake put in it also.
So will the wiring harness have to be modified very much?
The peddle assembly is offset should I use a LHD one or just modify it? Well throw your words of wisdom at me please.This project will start on January 15.I will put up a web page with the pictures of the progress.Thanking you all in advance .
