They come with a piece that is bolted to the underside of the bumper. The winch is concealed and the only thing you see is the two rollers and the cable/hook in a small opening. That brings me to your other subject: you can find this item from Atlantic British. Not so sure about Rovers North, and no, there aren't really any other good sources in the US for Rover parts/catalogs/websites, unless you live in the Northwest. There's a place I was told of out of Portland, Oregon near the PDX airport called Shippings or you can call the Ross Island Auto Center (Rover savvy). That's about all I have for you.
