Hazard warning switch ought to be on the left hand side of the centre "console" i.e. the black thing in the middle ofthe dashboard. It is a pull switch with built in red blinker. The hazard relay ought to be behind the instrument panel, screwed to the firewall.
If unit not present, get a "kit" from any reputable automotive accessory commerce and make sure you got a good instruction leaflet with it.
You can also just buy a hazard warning blinker relay and send an e-mail to annette@landroverclub.net for wiring diagram and instructions.
