Is it your mail vehicle horn(s), or the alarm sounder horn?
That said, my UK '95 sounds the alarm horn in a regular but interrupted fashion, if I set the alarm off inadvertantly.
The point being that if yours is the alarm horn it is possible the horn is sounding correctly, it is the security system that is faulty.
If it is the vehicle horn does it happen if you juststart the car and leave it ticking over? Or does it only happen after you have turned the steering wheel.
As a temporary measure, the vehicle horns are either side of the radiator, and the wiring can be unplugged, but don't just pull, all wiring connections are latched and you have to releasethe latch before pulling.
The alarm horn is on the inner wing, between the battery box and the brake parts. I don't know if disconnecting this brings on an Alarm Fault, but you might be able to wrap the horn in foam while you fault it.
If you have just got the car, STRONGLY consider taking it back to the Dealer and have him fix it under warranty.

An unfortunate start :-( Good Luck from hereon in :-))
