I dont know what to say Paulo, I assumed you had bought this car when it was a few months old, not new. In England for many years, it was not uncommon for cars a few months old that had been involved in a serious crash to be replaced with a new vehicle. The damaged car was sold on as salvage. These cars were often bought by people who just got them back together anyway possible and they hit the streets in state of disrepair and no end of problems ensued. As this was not the case with yours, I would be intouch with Land Rover Brazil and would want the car replaced, not repaired immediately. No doubt your laws differ from ours, but a few years ago here, there was a test case of a customer against, I believe it was Nissan. They successfully sued Nissan as the car he had bought, had had a number of problems and he returned the car for repair many times. The lawsuit was based on the fact that problems can be expected with a pre owned car but he had purchased new to avoid this, and also claimed the car was therefore of unmerchantable quality. In this case the plantiff was successful. If you do go ahead with your lawsuit I wish you every success. However it is a great shame if Land Rover let it get that far. As you know, the Range Rover HSE is favoured by many wealthy customers and the rich and famous. I would expect Land Rover to be more image conscious at this level. Best Regards. Dave jackson.
