With 35500 I would think it would be covered under your warranty. Another poster also said replace some vacuum tubes. All I know is that mine had the same problem which got worse. It would run fine then it would jerk down the highway for several miles then start running normal again. Eventually, my check engine light turned on, and now my engine is fried and I have a dead disco. Good luck.
