I'm looking for a Land Rover Expert to review, consult and approve
extensive work done to a '96 LR Discovery. I will need this person soon
in the Baltimore/DC metro area to review work on the vehicle. I am
willing to pay consulting/time fees for a qualified expert, mechanic, etc.
